Description
Workshop contents:
- experiential and didactic presentation of the therapeutic and educational values of Equine Assisted Services.
- Exploration of similarities and differences between EAP and EAL
- Focus on clinically relevant equine activities incl. groundwork, lungeing and interactive vaulting based on theoretical principles
- Designed for mental health, education and equine professionals
- No horse experience necessary although active participation is encouraged
Florida Psychological Association is awarding 16 Continuing Education credit hours
PATH is awarding 4 CE General Education, 6 CR (Interactive Vaulting), and 6 CR (ESMHL)
